By using the Bright Brain Tutoring website or booking a session, you agree to these terms:

1. Tutoring Services

Bright Brain Tutoring provides educational support services through contracted tutors. Results are not guaranteed, and services are not a substitute for formal education or therapy.

 

2. Independent Contractors

Tutors are independent contractors. Bright Brain Tutoring is not responsible for any communication or arrangement outside of the business platform.

 

3. Payment & Attendance

Clients agree to pay in full for services booked and follow the posted cancellation and refund policy. Repeated late cancellations may result in service denial.

 

4. Content Ownership

All materials, tools, and session resources provided by Bright Brain are the property of Bright Brain Tutoring and may not be redistributed without written permission.

 

5. Code of Conduct

Tutors and families are expected to maintain respectful communication and a safe learning environment. Bright Brain Tutoring reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including disruptive behavior.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Bright Brain Tutoring is not liable for any indirect damages related to service use. Parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s participation and supervision during sessions.
