Refund and Pricing Policy

Session Rates

• Standard: $35/hour

• Discounted (with proof of SSI/SNAP/Section 8): $20/hour

• Group Tutoring: $25/hour per student

 

Prepaid Packages (Non-Refundable)

• One-on-One:

  • Bronze (4): $125

  • Silver (8): $250

  • Gold (12): $375

• Group Tutoring (per student):

  • Bronze (4): $90

  • Silver (8): $180

  • Gold (12): $270

 

All packages must be used before expiration. No refunds!

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancel with 24+ hours' notice: No fee

• Cancel/no-show with less than 24 hours: Charged 50% of session rate

 

In-Person Travel Fee

For sessions requiring more than 10 miles of travel (one way), a $1 per mile fee is added beyond 10 miles.

 

Payments

• Prepaid plans: Paid online at time of purchase

• Standard sessions: Paid via payment link or paper invoice

• Receipts available upon request
